This pricing is roughly identical for fluorescent, HID, or first-surface LED cabinets. A double-faced illuminated pole sign with a 4' x 8' cabinet and 15' tall, installed: $8,500. A double-faced illuminated pole sign with a 5' x 10' cabinet and 20' tall, installed: $12,000. A double-faced illuminated pole sign with a 12' x 12' cabinet and 30' tall, installed: $23,000. Our leasing companies can combine our signage with other equipment you need in one lease or lease/purchase package. Equipment such as point-of-sale computerized cash-register systems, telephone systems, security systems, manufacturing machinery, etc. can all be leased. All signage maintenance costs can be included in the lease package. Our invoices are the controlling part of a “Separated Contract.” In the instances above we will provide you with an invoice which is written to reflect Sales/Use Taxes for the materials only. This is an average savings of 80% of the usual Texas Sales/Use Taxes! How Your Sign Saves You Federal Tax DollarsBecause of the 2008 Economic Stimulus Act the Federal Government allows businesses to directly deduct up to $250,000 from their income for capital investment; only amounts over this must be depreciated, and under the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS) the depreciation deduction can be as high as 1/3 of the cost. These deductions apply to purchases of assets that are used to operate your business. Things like SIGNS! At a 28% income tax rate you could reduce your tax bill by up to $70,000!
